  2. How do i receive payments from my customers?
    Kiripp allows you to receive payments directly from your customers during the checkout process. It integrates: PayPal, Mercado Pago and Stripe.

  3. Does this service only works with WhatsApp?
    WhatsApp is only one of several modes available for selling your products or food. You can also choose between SMS, Email, or PayPal, Stripe, and Mercado Pago modes (if you wish to receive payments during the checkout process). Only in WhatsApp mode, WhatsApp is used as part of the ordering workflow.

  4. Do i need a WhatsApp business account for the WhatsApp mode?
    No, a WhatsApp Business number is not required. It can work with both regular and business WhatsApp accounts.

  5. Is this service only for mobile users?
    Your store and control panel can be used with any modern device or browser: Mobile, tablets or desktops.

  6. How do i get a custom URL for my restaurant/store?
    The custom URL has the following format: The option to customize your URL can be found in the control panel with the name Shop URL (To share with your customers). Custom domain with CNAME mapping is also available if you prefer to use your own domain.

  8. Can i use a QR code with my store/restaurant?
    Of course! A QR Code generator is available in your control panel. However, be aware that your store URL is customizable and if it changes the previously generated QR codes will stop working. Make sure to decide your final store‘s url before sharing your QR Code!

  9. How do i cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your control panel. Your store will be available until the end of the current billing period. After that, it will be deactivated and your store will no longer be accessible to your customers. You can reactivate your store at any time by subscribing again.
